KPI and performance reporting to benchmark operational success for organisations. Change management to ensure the right structure and people are positioned to deliver on operational and strategic objectives. Principle and objective based work programmes and action plans.
Operations Management and Facility Planning.
Responsible for developing improved operational service delivery and regulation across a number of recreational and public facilities throughout New Zealand. KPI and performance reporting to benchmark operational success for organisations.
Strategic Planning and Policy Development.
Delivery of strategic plans for national sporting organisations; local government parks, sport and recreation strategic planning. Local government transport, recreation and Reserve Act bylaw development and policy development.
Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
A reputation as a proactive trouble shooter that works closely with key personal and stakeholders to control narrative and achieve the best results for all parties through clear, honest and consisted communication. Significant experience in formal Local Government consultation processes including AP, LTP’s and SCP’s; equally competent in informal stakeholder engagement and relationship building techniques.
